We meditate to practice noticing all that we can. To be aware of our noticing, and present for what we notice. It's the foundation of mindfulness, compassion, and gratitude. The benefits of which are as endless as the human imagination. All can be strengthened, and that is why we practice.
As a human person who has always been curious about the nature of experience, Ryan Hamilton has long been a student of philosophy, science, psychedelics, art, and consciousness. He dabbled in meditation through the years, but never quite established a regular practice due to the fact that, simply put, he didn’t really understand what it was. Not until he came across an explanation that helped the rubber meet the road did he experience the practical utility and benefits he now practices and shares with others. As a Certified Meditation Instructor (Aura Wellness Center), he is a compassionate and intuitive coach with a dedication to helping other humans lead more examined, mindful – and ultimately – happier lives.
